Sean is the founder of Renowned Homes, a multi-award-winning agency specialising in the sale of new-build homes across London. The company works closely with developers to position developments effectively, reach the right buyers, and convert interest into completed sales—helping boutique developers sell out projects faster and more efficiently.

 

Sean’s interest in property began during his time at university. In his first year, he was unable to secure student accommodation and instead rented an apartment. By his second year, he found himself renting from the same landlord, which sparked his curiosity about property ownership particularly how many properties the landlord might own. Around the same time, his mother introduced him to property exhibitions, where his interest in the investment side of real estate began to grow. After graduating, he decided to pursue a career in the property industry.

 

He started his career at Foxtons. Although breaking into the company was challenging, he secured a role through a referral from a friend. Working in North East London, Sean initially found the role demanding. However, through relentless effort often working from 8am to 9pm, consistently being the first in and last out he began to build momentum and earn promotions within the company.

 

A turning point came when Sean met the owner of a lettings company. They quickly built a strong relationship and stayed in contact. After three months, Sean presented a business proposal outlining how he could launch a sales and new homes division within the business. The proposal was successful, the division performed well, and Sean eventually left Foxtons to join the company.

 

In this new role, Sean operated as an intrapreneur, gaining invaluable experience within an established yet growing business. He developed key skills in managing staff, winning clients, generating leads, and building operational systems. This period was pivotal to his growth, both professionally and personally. At the same time, Sean was navigating major life changes, including getting married, adapting to shifts in the lettings market, and learning how to operate as a director developing leadership skills, asserting himself, and managing compliance responsibilities.

 

When his business partner later relocated to Dubai, the company began to lose traction. However, what initially seemed like a setback became a defining opportunity. This moment ultimately led Sean to establish his own company. In 2023, he founded Renowned Homes.

 

Since its launch, Renowned Homes has established itself as a forward-thinking force within the property sector, redefining how developments are presented and experienced in an increasingly competitive market. By leveraging advanced technology and data-driven insights, the agency creates bespoke marketing strategies tailored to each development.
