Anthony is a distinguished British property developer and entrepreneur. He runs Volume.Property, a company he founded in 2017. Over the years, he has built Volume.Property to reflect a new way of working developing and holding high-quality, conveniently located properties for long-term investment. Anthony prioritizes flexibility and exceptional customer experiences, ensuring that residents stay for a lifetime. His success has been driven by collaborations with existing and carefully selected new Joint Venture Partners.
His journey into property began during his university years when he launched a property management business. Realizing that ownership provided greater opportunities, he shifted his focus to property development, recognizing it as the best path for scaling. This vision led to the founding of Volume.Property.
Anthony specializes in developing and retaining Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA), Co-Living, and Build-to-Rent assets designed for long-term living. Currently, the company has several PBSA and Co-Living developments in the pipeline, with Gross Development Values (GDV) ranging from £5 million to £100 million.
Anthony is an active figure in the community. He frequently speaks at events such as The Developers Club, UK Black Business Week | UK Black Business Showand The Gen Z Club. He has also created unique networking opportunities, including the BigDealsOnly Football Tournament, which brought together individuals from the property sector.
Committed to educating aspiring property developers, Anthony leads a comprehensive 12-month training program that equips participants with the skills to secure substantial property deals. The program covers site identification, feasibility assessments, team collaboration, negotiation techniques, and investment acquisition strategies. Drawing from his hands-on experience, Anthony provides practical insights that guide participants through the property development process.
He also inspires others through his "Big Deals Only" philosophy encouraging ambitious projects that push individuals beyond their comfort zones. His belief is that aiming for something so significant transforms a person’s growth, making them exponentially better, regardless of the outcome.
