Kazeem is a property developer and the visionary behind the PBK Podcast and PBK Community. With over a decade of experience in buying, selling, and renovating properties, he has established himself as a respected figure in the industry. Since sharing his journey on social media in 2020, Kazeem has built a dedicated following of over 70,000 people across various platforms, becoming a recognized voice in the property world particularly among ethnic minorities and aspiring property investors.
His podcast, the PBK Podcast, serves as an essential platform for discussing the challenges and opportunities within the property market, aiming to educate, inspire, and empower a new generation of property enthusiasts. His commitment to diversity and inclusion is also reflected in his leadership of the PBK Community, which has become a cornerstone for those seeking guidance and support in their investment journey.
Kazeem’s entrepreneurial journey is nothing short of remarkable. He initially pursued a conventional path by attending university but later decided to drop out and launch his own business Shisha Loco. Through strategic partnerships, he scaled the business to operate in some of the UK’s biggest nightclubs and festivals, eventually licensing a shisha and cocktail bar in Elephant & Castle.
In 2015, Kazeem transitioned into the property industry, co-founding SureRents, a corporate lettings and rent-to-rent business focused on co-living spaces for young professionals. Under his leadership, SureRents became a seven-figure business before he successfully exited in Q4 2020. Driven by his passion for creating homes, he then shifted his focus to property development, building his brand, Property by Kazy. Today, he is widely recognized for his expertise in luxury HMOs, bespoke new-build houses, and high-end apartments.

Built a property portfolio exceeding £5 million in assets under management
Completed over 35 projects with a GDV surpassing £12 million
Beyond his business success, Kazeem is deeply committed to giving back. Through his podcast, mentoring, and speaking engagements such as those for The Gen Z Club and UK Black Business Show he actively educates and inspires the next generation of property investors. His podcast also plays a crucial role in promoting diversity in the property industry by highlighting professionals of various backgrounds who are excelling at the highest levels.
