With nearly two decades of experience in the metal roofing sheets and cladding manufacturing industry, William is a seasoned professional who has mastered every aspect of production from project planning and management to process optimization, quality assurance, and team leadership. He is deeply committed to Quality, Innovation, Sustainability, and Customer Satisfaction.

As CEO, William has been instrumental in shaping Awa Roofing’s technical and strategic direction, driving the company’s growth and development. His expertise was built through an impressive career that includes leadership roles as General Manager of Big Bond Roofing Ltd, Managing Director of Neathands Roofing Systems, and Marketing/Project Manager at Dbs Roofing Ltd. Through these roles, he developed a philosophy focused on building an effective and efficient company that offers reliable products and services at competitive prices, benchmarking against the best in the industry.

Throughout his journey, William has been supported by many people, but a pivotal figure has been Dr. Joseph Tackie, a Ghanaian entrepreneur and business leader. Dr. Tackie is the Founder and CEO of several companies, including Global Entrepreneurship Solutions and Meaty Foods Limited. He has received numerous awards for his entrepreneurial achievements and held leadership roles in both government and business organizations.

Under William’s leadership, Awa Roofing Sheets has established itself as a premier roofing specialist in Ghana. The company is recognized for delivering sustainable, high-quality products while prioritizing eco-friendly practices.
