Unique is the founder of Unique Lead Developments, Unique Retreats, and co-founder of Property Collab & Business Exchange a platform that connects ambitious entrepreneurs and property professionals. With a strong foundation in deal sourcing, rent-to-rent strategies, and investor relations, she has built a reputation for delivering results and creating value across the UK property market. Unique is also actively involved in property development, collaborating with experienced partners to bring high-return projects to life. Her work blends strategic execution with community-building, empowering others to grow through real estate, collaboration, and education.
From a young age, Unique showed an entrepreneurial spirit. During lockdown, she felt inspired to pursue property, but her drive to create and achieve had been evident long before from working as a personal assistant at 15 to selling bath bombs in school. Despite her ambition, the journey wasn’t without challenges.
Struggling with dyslexia and dyspraxia often made her feel behind in school, yet those very challenges shaped her determination. After lockdown, at 19, her entrepreneurial curiosity intensified, and she decided to take a leap of faith to build the life she envisioned.
In 2020, Unique made what she describes as the “craziest but best decision” of her life investing £15,000 into property training. It wasn’t easy, but it changed everything, sparking a deep passion for property investing and providing clarity on her purpose.
By fully immersing herself in the property world, she gained the skills, knowledge, and confidence to transition into full-time entrepreneurship. Today, she proudly works as a Property Specialist and Coach, mentoring others and sharing the insights that transformed her own life.
Unique continues to expand her property investment journey, taking on exciting new projects while guiding the next generation of property sourcers. Although she holds a degree in Business Management with Project Management, what truly drives her is the freedom of being her own boss and collaborating with like-minded entrepreneurs.
Through Unique Lead Developments, she’s not only creating opportunities for herself but also for others who share her passion for property. Together, they’re shaping a future where aspiring sourcers can thrive and turn their dreams into real deals.
Throughout her journey, many people have supported Unique, but one person who had a profound impact is Denzil, co-founder of The Gen Z Club. Unique said:
“I wouldn’t be where I am today without Denzil. He’s been more than a mentor he’s been a consistent source of wisdom, accountability, and belief. Denzil challenged me to level up, to stop playing small, and to think like a real business owner. He taught me how to move with confidence, how to analyse deals properly, and how to show up powerfully in both the property space and as a leader. His guidance gave me the foundation to build my brand, take risks, and trust my own journey. Now, I pay that forward by helping others grow the way he helped me.”
One of the most impactful initiatives Unique runs with her team is the Property Sourcing Academy. Unlike typical group programs, it offers personal 1:1 support, making all the difference. Members don’t just learn theory they receive tailored guidance, weekly accountability, and real-time help with actual deals. This hands-on approach helps people move faster, avoid common mistakes, and build real momentum. Unique has seen countless participants go from feeling overwhelmed to becoming confident and capable, all thanks to the right structure and support.
Looking ahead, one of Unique’s biggest goals is to build wellness centres in deprived areas safe, healing spaces focused on mental health, self-care, and community. She said:
“Long-term, I also want to open spas and create jobs back home in St. Lucia, especially for young people who don’t always get access to real opportunities. It’s about more than business it’s about legacy, empowerment, and giving back to the places that shaped me.”
Of all her achievements, Unique is most proud of her consistency. No matter what busy, overwhelmed, or uncertain she shows up. Whether for her business, her community, or herself, she remains committed. That consistency has helped her grow, build trust, and keep making progress even when times were tough. It may not always be glamorous, but it’s the foundation of everything she has accomplished so far.

She is spearheading the next generation of property entrepreneurs, opening doors for others through her role as a Property Sourcing Coach and her networking events. Hearing about her future goals is truly inspiring, and we look forward to seeing the heights she will reach especially as this is only the beginning of her property journey.
