Olawunmi is the Managing Director at Jide Taiwo & Co UK Ltd and Foundation Properties, as well as the Director of Heirs & Regents. She also serves as a judge for the Property Investors Awards. With nearly two decades of experience, she holds prestigious credentials such as MRICS and is a certified Civil and Commercial Mediator.
Her expertise spans real estate agency, advisory, management, and investment banking. Olawunmi leverages her global team and extensive network to deliver premium real estate services through the Jide Taiwo & Co brand. As a market leader in Nigeria’s real estate industry, the firm is driven by cutting-edge technology and a team of over 500 experienced professionals, offering a full suite of services, including Agency and Valuation, Property & Facility Management, Project Development, and Consultancy.
Since joining Jide Taiwo & Co in 2018 as an Associate Partner, Olawunmi has risen to Managing Director, driving the firm’s growth and global expansion. A corporate member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers, Jide Taiwo & Co has been a dominant force in Nigeria’s real estate sector for over four decades. Under her leadership, the firm has embraced innovation, using technology to enhance real estate solutions across multiple markets.
Olawunmi’s vision has been instrumental in transforming Jide Taiwo & Co into a globally recognised brand. She spearheaded the launch of its London office, which has been featured in leading property publications, and has built strategic partnerships with real estate experts in Dubai.
