Monique Brown

This October, in honour of Black History Month, we’re celebrating 31 Black professionals in property. Today we’re celebrating Monique Brown.

Monique is a conveyancer specializing in new homes and client relationship management. At the start of her career, she worked for a solicitor who recognized her immense potential and generously sponsored her CILEX course. This support propelled her into the world of law and property, opening doors that she might not have accessed otherwise. Monique aims to become a director of the firm and eventually open an estate agency as a sister company.

Property has been her passion from a young age. Monique genuinely loves real estate and helping people make life-changing decisions. She has had the opportunity to work with many national house builders on large developments across Birmingham city centre and surrounding areas. Driving past these developments, especially in her hometown, fills her with pride, knowing she played a part in helping people purchase their dream homes. Seeing the tangible results of her efforts in her community is incredibly rewarding. This sense of accomplishment keeps her highly motivated to achieve even more in the future.

We believe Monique has a bright future ahead, and we are excited to see how her journey unfolds.
