Lee Anderson
This October, in honour of Black History Month, we’re celebrating 31 Black professionals in property. Today we’re celebrating Lee Anderson.
Lee is the Managing Director of LeBern Property Services and Non Executive Director of Forbes Family Group (FFG).
Lee is the dynamic mind behind LeBern, established in 2013. As the founder, Lee has overseen numerous large-scale developments and was one of the early pioneers of the 'Guaranteed Rental Program' – a groundbreaking initiative ensuring guaranteed income for private landlords, thereby mitigating tenant management risks.
Lee's innovative approach has led to the development of various solutions to support landlords. Among his significant contributions is the launch of LeBern Support Services, providing semi-independent supported accommodation for care leavers. His relentless pursuit of innovation continues to provide landlords with effective tools and support throughout their property journey.
LeBern Property Services is dedicated to assisting landlords and vendors by exploring innovative solutions and creating opportunities. With over a decade of experience, the company ensures that properties are managed with the utmost care. From dealing with challenging tenants to offering an insurance-backed, three-year fixed income without property management fees, LeBern stands as a pillar of support for landlords.
LeBern's impact is reflected in its recognition within the industry. The company has been shortlisted for numerous awards, including The Negotiator Awards 2022 for Community Champion of the Year, Marketing Campaign of the Year, and Regional Agency of the Year (London), BPIC Network Awards for Best Minority Owned Business, and LIS Awards for Best Property Management Provider.
Lee champions community support beyond his entrepreneurial ventures, as he works with FFG, an organization dedicated to providing opportunities to underprivileged communities. Holding a non-executive board position, he offers strategic advice on property, investment, and vision. Lee is also a fervent supporter of the African Caribbean Leukaemia Trust (ACLT), underlining his commitment to community causes.
We honour Lee’s remarkable achievements and his contributions to both the property sector and the wider community. His journey is a testament to the power of innovation, resilience, and community spirit.
