Isaac is the Founder of Orient Property Consulting, providing real estate consultancy services, including property valuation, real estate research, estate agency, property management, and due diligence for property acquisition. The firm is licensed and regulated by the Ghana Institution of Surveyors and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He has provided real estate consultancy services to international governmental institutions such as the Delegation of the European Union in Ghana and Global Affairs Canada, Major institutions in Ghana such as the National Insurance Commission, Ghana Railway Development Authority and Africa Women Development Fund.
He is particularly proud of being able to lead Orient Property Consulting into a thriving company synonymous with trust, innovation, and excellence. Providing solutions to complex property challenges, and creating opportunities for young professionals to grow their careers. Although it has been a difficult journey, he takes pride in his ability to stay focused during challenging times. There was a period when he lost everything friends, close family, and the assets he had worked hard to acquire all in pursuit of his goals as an entrepreneur. Recognized as the Most Respected CEO in Real Estate Consultancy at the Ghana Industry CEO Awards 2024, Isaac has established himself as a trusted leader in the field.
Isaac attributes his inspiration in pursuing a career in real estate to the late Mr.Ben Dwimoh and his family, who provided Isaac with a strong foundation of quality education and valuable exposure to the corporate world and the real estate industry from a young age. Mr.Dwimoh a Chartered Surveyor was one of the most outstanding professionals the industry has ever seen in Ghana. Mr.Dwimoh nurtured and supported many individuals who went on to make significant impacts in the country’s real estate sector. Living under Mr. Dwimoh’s guidance during his teenage and early adult years inspired Issac to emulate Mr.Dwimoh’s achievements in the industry while striving to do even more. The most important book that guides Isaac daily is the Bible. It offers invaluable advice on ethics and serves as a compass for professionalism in his career.
Isaac aims to establish Orient Property Consulting as Ghana’s leading real estate consultancy, known for innovative, sustainable, and client-centered solutions. He plans to expand internationally, driving industry impact through ethical practices, research, and strategic partnerships. Committed to mentoring future professionals, Isaac seeks collaborators and recruits who share his vision for excellence and innovation in real estate. He is exploring further education in real estate finance and economics to enhance his leadership and industry contribution.
