Dr. Moses is a visionary leader celebrated for his extensive expertise in property investment, management, wealth creation strategies, and property education. An award-winning entrepreneur with national and international recognition, he has been featured in CEO Magazine, Property TV and Yahoo Finance, and is a proud member of the Forbes Business Council. With a PhD in Philosophy and Christian Leadership, he seamlessly blends academic excellence with practical experience to inspire and empower others.
Dr. Moses’s journey is nothing short of extraordinary. Born in Nigeria, he displayed an entrepreneurial spirit early on, selling anything he could while studying at university. Although he had visited the UK a few times, it was meeting the woman who would become his wife that inspired him to take the leap and relocate to the UK a major transition, as he had no family or friends there.
In the UK, Daniel explored several ventures, including an export business selling car parts to Nigeria. However, these efforts didn’t pan out, and he eventually found himself driving for Uber. But that was just the beginning of his story. Daniel’s breakthrough came when he entered the property sector, transforming his life and building an impressive portfolio.
Since 2019, Dr. Moses has mentored over 1,000 individuals, helping them achieve success in the property industry. He has completed more than 30 property projects for his organization and clients, established the PWBC membership club, and raised £2,000,000 in private investor capital.
Currently, Dr. Moses’s primary focus is on Property Wealth Corporation Ltd, the company he founded and leads. The company undertakes a diverse range of property ventures, including flats, HMOs, single-family homes, care home conversions, and large-scale development projects. Its success is driven by innovative strategies, adaptability, and a strong commitment to social responsibility.
Dr. Moses is also deeply dedicated to empowerment. Through PWBC, he and his team mentor and guide clients, helping them replicate his success and build wealth via property advisory and consulting services. Under his leadership, Property Wealth Corporation prioritizes not only profitability but also a positive impact on the real estate industry and the communities it serves.
Looking ahead, Dr. Moses has ambitious plans for the future. His goal is to expand the Property Wealth Corporation portfolio to £100 million within the next decade, reflecting his relentless drive and commitment to scaling his impact in the property sector.
