Antoine Dixon-Bellot
At PeopleDem property we believe in celebrating our community by spotlighting black excellence in property. Today we are celebrating Antoine Dixon-Bellot.
Antoine is a serial entrepreneur whose ventures span the media and property sectors. With a particular focus on acquiring land, securing planning permissions, and developing high-quality residences across desirable locations in the UK, Antoine has established a reputation for delivering excellence. His property business offers a diverse portfolio that includes luxury rural homes, upscale urban apartments, event venues, and corporate rentals. This is all supported by deep expertise in land procurement, architectural design, and strategic sales and marketing.
In addition to his development work, Antoine is committed to supporting the next generation of property entrepreneurs. Through a structured mentorship program, he offers aspiring developers guidance in financial planning, access to bridging loans, and the opportunity to connect with a wide network of industry professionals.
Antoine's business acumen extends beyond property. He owns several subsidiary companies including ADB Film Services, Mastermind Media and Cinescope. These ventures have enabled him to broaden his influence across both the property and media industries, reinforcing a multidisciplinary approach to business.
His introduction to the media world began during his time at university, where he studied for a BA in Digital Broadcast Media. Eager to put theory into practice, Antoine began shooting and editing low-budget music videos while juggling a part-time job to fund his projects. This side hustle quickly evolved into a small business. Working with a £2,000 budget, he began hiring fellow students for support with lighting and filming, creating opportunities for his peers to gain experience and income.
Antoine’s property journey is equally impressive. His first investment property was an apartment in Kent, acquired from a distressed vendor with a short lease. Always focused on value, Antoine believes that success in property hinges on buying and building at the right price. This principle has guided his approach to every project. One notable success was the acquisition of a 52-acre estate another distressed asset. After renovating the property and leveraging existing planning permissions, he achieved a £3.5 million uplift in value, later refinancing and reinvesting the proceeds into future developments. Today, his portfolio is worth over £25 million.
What sets Antoine apart is not only his entrepreneurial achievements but his dedication to giving back. A proud Black entrepreneur from a working-class background, he is committed to creating generational wealth and opening doors for others in his community. His journey stands as a testament to what can be accomplished with vision, perseverance, and discipline. As he often says, “If it has been done, it can be done.”
