Do you own a plot of land or know someone who does? We’re currently seeking multiple sites to develop new-build homes and are offering fair, competitive prices for suitable plots.

We also provide a finder’s fee for any successful introductions. If we purchase a plot you refer to us, you’ll receive a 2% commission based on the land’s value. In addition, we’re open to partnering directly with landowners who want to be part of the development process.
