Grace is the Founder of Lifecard Company. She is a Wealth Strategist and author, widely recognized for her expertise in guiding both businesses and individuals toward building trans-generational legacies through wealth creation, preservation, and transfer. Through coaching, education, and public speaking, she has empowered thousands to pursue growth and achieve wealth.
Grace’s journey began when she moved to Lagos and started selling second-hand clothes in the market. One day, she made sales worth 23,000 Naira a significant improvement over her daily average. Excited by her success, she was soon met with misfortune when the entire sum was stolen, leaving her devastated. This moment highlighted a powerful lesson: excessive liquidity can be risky.
Her turning point came when a friend introduced her to real estate. Determined to dive in, she immersed herself in learning everything about the industry. A short while later, that same friend presented her with an opportunity to purchase a house. Though Grace didn’t have the money at the time, she was determined to seize the opportunity. She worked tirelessly to raise the funds, eventually borrowing from seven friends to make the purchase.
Two years later, someone approached her with an offer to buy the land. She was astonished by how much the property had appreciated. This experience opened her eyes to the potential of property. Eager to learn more, she began working with established professionals in the field, gaining knowledge and practical experience that laid the foundation for her own real estate empire.
Grace has since built a multi-million dollar property business from the ground up without prior funding or experience. She has generated tens of billions of Naira in returns for investors through property sales and has educated over 1,000 entrepreneurs. Lifecard is now a rapidly growing property Investment company, known for its strategic and innovative models that deliver competitive returns. The company advises investors on the most profitable plans tailored to their budgets, with specialties in land banking and the development of commercial, residential, and retail properties.
Through Lifecard University her digital learning platform Grace is at the forefront of property education. Her programs have empowered thousands of aspiring and existing investors with the knowledge needed for profitable property ventures.
